Celebrating the End of the 2023-24 Academic Year

September 09, 2024

Our End of Year event in June, at Sheva in Tel Aviv, was a night to remember! United after a challenging year, we finally welcomed our incoming Fellows officially, at the same time as saying farewell – but not goodbye – to the outgoing cohort, who now join our growing alumni community.

Because of the out-of-the-ordinary circumstances, this was the first and last time this year that Fellows from all three tracks were able to be together, and we decided to make it an unforgettable evening of celebration. Starting outside with delicious food, a well-stocked bar, and the opportunity to mingle and connect with old friends and new, we moved on to a ceremony inside the hall, beautifully adorned with vases of flowers in the Azrieli colours.

Along with musical interludes, performed by Aviv Bahar, we heard from three Fellows about what the fellowship had meant to them and their colleagues. The outgoing cohort received certificates, and a toast was raised to welcome the incoming cohort. Each attendee left with a gift, symbolising our gratitude and best wishes for the future, either as continuing Fellows or alumni.

The End of Year event was a testament to the resilience, unity, and the enduring spirit of the Azrieli Fellowship. Here’s to continuing our journey together, building upon the bonds and successes that define our community.
