Synopsis

This workshop will equip Azrieli Faculty Fellows with basic tools, as well as the thought process behind recruiting the right team for their research needs.
We will discuss the different stages of successfully recruiting a research group, while focusing on proven interviewing skills, and the “do’s and don’ts” of a structured interview.

Outcomes

  • Master all stages of a recruiting cycle
  • Improve your interviewing skills
  • Familiarize yourself with a comprehensive pool of questions you can ask in an interview (and the references)
  • Develop best practices for overcoming cognitive biases that affect our decision making

About the Instructor

Tali Meshorer is an organizational consultant, group facilitator and leadership coach with over 10 years of experience in assisting leaders in science reach their full potential. She previously managed all aspects of human resources and administration in start-up companies in both Israel and the United States. Tali holds a MA in Organizational Studies and a joint BA in Communications & Journalism and Italian Literature, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
