Synopsis
This workshop challenges common myths about excellence, failure, and success, reframing them through an entrepreneurial lens. Participants will explore principles drawn from the world of entrepreneurship—such as resilience, experimentation, and learning from failure—and understand how these can be applied to achieve sustainable personal and professional growth. Through discussions, exercises, and self-reflection, fellows will build a toolkit for pursuing excellence with confidence and adaptability.

About the Instructor
Dr. Yael Maizels currently heads the Academic Department at HUJI-ASPER Innovate and is excited to provide tools for students at all stages to succeed in their degree and the day after. She is also a founder of a group of over 800 PhDs who are looking to transition from academia to new industries. She consults for a wide variety of start-ups in the field of health and supports numerous medical writing projects.
