Azrieli Fellows Workshops 2025-2026

Back to all workshops
  • Interviewing skills for finding a job

Synopsis

Scholars who possess exceptional academic credentials may struggle to translate research excellence into compelling interview performance. Common issues include over-technical explanations, difficulty articulating transferable skills, and challenges adapting to different interview formats. The result is missed opportunities despite outstanding qualifications. This workshop provides structured preparation and clear value articulation through value proposition development, behavioral question storytelling techniques, technical communication skills for explaining complex research accessibly, question preparation strategies and virtual interview best practices. The workshop features interactive interview simulations with real-time feedback.

Outcomes

  • Increased interview success rates for both academic and industry positions
  • Enhanced professional confidence in presenting research and experience
  • Improved skills in explaining complex work to diverse audiences

Session Date

Monday, May 4, 2026, 17:00-20:00 Israel Time
