For us, the second forum of the Azrieli International Postdoctoral & Early Career Faculty Fellows was super-memorable. We set a precedent by taking over the two big halls in the venue, in order to hold 15 research presentations in one day (we’re growing)!

Our wonderful steering committee seasoned the day with creativity and smiles, by introducing the speakers with a childhood photo; orchestrating a super-social introduction activity, and facilitating roundtables on a variety of issues that concern academics during the two research stages:

• Improving teaching skills.
• Dealing with stress.
• Sharing best practices to meet deadlines.
• Overcoming the impostor syndrome.

This was an excellent way to complete the forums’ chapter for the 2022-2023 academic year.
