Azrieli Graduate Studies Field Day

Photographs by Shauli Lendner

This year, the Azrieli Graduate Studies Field Day had two major objectives. One was to energize our Fellows through hiking and socializing, hence facilitating their unmediated contact with the world their research aims to contribute to. Another objective was to connect our Fellows to the Azrieli Foundation’s work-at-large and enable them to witness first-hand that the Program is part of something much bigger. To this end, the day included visits to two (of the many) initiatives that the Azrieli Foundation supports: Kaima Organic Farm and Ma’aseh Beh.

It was great to spend the day together outdoors and in the company of members of the Israeli society who one does not often have the privilege of meeting.
