Funding unites researchers in Canada and the U.S. to take on Fragile X Syndrome

New funding will help create a large international collaboration designed to leverage expertise and innovation around Fragile X-related disorders such as Fragile X syndrome. The condition is the most common known single-gene cause of autism.
This study establishes a North American collaborative partnership with research teams from the UC Davis MIND Institute, the University of Alberta Women and Children’s Health Research Institute, and the University of Montreal CHU Sainte-Justine Research Centre.
