The Graduate Studies Writing Retreat was initiated by our Graduate Studies Fellows last year and owing to its success – we decided to repeat the event this year too. The aim of the writing retreat is to give our Fellows a boost with their writing by enabling them to disconnect from daily routines and dedicate hours to research-related activities. The retreat was planned, organized and implemented by a Steering committee comprising of five Fellows, under the umbrella of “Fellows Supporting Fellows” (kudos to Aviya Doron, Danielle Miller, Rotem Rozenblat, Orphée Senouf-Pilpoul and Gal Vishne). Alongside ongoing writing sessions, Fellows organized running groups and feedback sessions, among other activities. Judging by the feedback we received – this will be a tradition going forward.
